At Under the Loblollies, we value each customer and take pride in the quality and uniqueness of our art. As each piece is original and often one-of-a-kind, returns are accepted only at the discretion of the artist.

1. Return Requests

To inquire about a return, please contact us at undertheloblollies@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

2. Eligibility

Returns may be considered under the following conditions:

• Item arrived damaged (must include photo documentation)

• Incorrect item received

The artist will evaluate each request and determine whether a return, exchange, or refund is appropriate.

3. Return Shipping

If a return is approved, return shipping instructions will be provided. Unless the item arrived damaged or in error, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
